RETURN PROTOCOL

Because every client explicitly approves their item via pre-shipment Quality Control (QC) media, our return rate is exceptionally low. However, we understand that physical assessment is final. Below is our strict, non-negotiable framework for returns and exchanges.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY (7-DAY WINDOW)

You may request a return within 7 days of the official delivery date. To pass our intake inspection, the piece must meet these absolute conditions:

• • Flawless Condition: The item must be completely unworn, unmarked, and unaltered.
• • Intact Protection: All factory tags, hardware protective films, and handle wraps MUST remain perfectly intact. If any protective film is removed, the return is instantly voided.
• • Complete Set: Must include the original boutique packaging, dust bag, and any accompanying documents.
• • Logistics Liability: The client is solely responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item sustained severe physical damage during transit.

2. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY (14-DAY WINDOW)

You may request an exchange for an alternate piece within 14 days of delivery. The item must meet the exact same flawless conditions outlined in our Refund Protocol. Any price variance between the original and replacement models will be credited or invoiced accordingly prior to the second dispatch.

3. THE AUTHORIZATION PROCESS

Never ship an item back without our explicit written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the facility.

• • Step 1: Initiation. Contact our concierge team with high-resolution photos and videos proving the item’s pristine condition and the unremoved protective films.
• • Step 2: Stealth Routing. Once authorized, we will provide specific return instructions. You MUST use standard local postal services (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, EMS) to avoid aggressive inbound customs duties. Commercial couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) are strictly prohibited for returns.
• • Step 3: Resolution. Upon receipt, our workshop will inspect the piece. If approved, your refund (minus original outbound shipping costs) will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method, or your exchange will be initiated.
