WHY ARE YOUR PRICES HIGHER THAN OTHER REPLICA SITES?

HOW ACCURATE ARE YOUR REPLICAS?

We do not use the term “1:1” lightly. Our pieces are reverse-engineered from authentic retail models. If a piece doesn’t pass the touch, weight, and stitch-count test against its authentic counterpart, it is destroyed, not sold.

IS THE LEATHER GENUINE? WILL IT AGE LIKE THE AUTHENTIC?

Absolutely. Because we use 100% authentic leathers from the original tanneries, our materials behave exactly like the boutique pieces. Our untreated leathers (such as Vachetta) will naturally oxidize and develop a rich patina over time.

DO I GET TO SEE MY EXACT ITEM BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Yes. Once your order is prepared, we will send you high-resolution Quality Control (QC) photos and videos of your specific item. We only dispatch the package after receiving your explicit green light.

DO YOU SOURCE ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes. Our online catalog represents only a fraction of our capabilities. If you are seeking a specific limited-edition piece, rare colorway, or custom hardware configuration, contact our concierge team. We will source or custom-commission it for you.

WHAT IS THE FULFILLMENT TIMELINE?

Craftsmanship cannot be rushed. Preparing your item and generating QC photos typically takes 3-5 business days. Once you approve the photos, global shipping via our discreet channels takes an additional 7-12 business days.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS SEIZED BY CUSTOMS?

We utilize proprietary triangle-shipping routes to bypass strict customs checks. In the rare event that your package is seized by customs, we take full responsibility and will manufacture and dispatch a brand new replacement piece entirely at our cost. You carry zero risk.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

While our return rate is exceptionally low due to our pre-shipment QC approval process, we offer a strict 7-day return and 14-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To qualify, the piece must remain completely unworn with all factory protective films and tags perfectly intact.
